Taxi

There are two taxi stands at Changi Airport – outside the Arrival Hall on Level 1, Terminal 1 and at the end of the Arrival Hall on Level 1, Terminal 2. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes and will cost between SGD $18 and $38.

Airport Shuttle

The Airport Shuttle departs every 15 minutes from 6am to midnight and every 30 minutes at other times. Purchase your tickets from the Airport Shuttle Counter on the arrivals level.

Mass Rapid Transport (MRT) Train

The Changi Airport MRT Station is located under Terminals 2 and 3 and is linked to arrivals and departures by escalators and links. Tickets are available at the stations with a single far setting you can SGD $2.70 to the city centre. The trip takes approximately 27 minutes and operates at an average frequency of 12 minutes - the first trains departs at 5.30am and the last at 11.18pm. 

Public Bus

The Public Bus stops are located under Terminals 1, 2 and 3. The trip to the city will cost below SGD $2.00 and will take an hour. The first bus arrives at Changi Airport at 6am and the last leaves at midnight.

Limousine Services

Airport Limousines are ideal for business travel or for large families. You will find Airport Limousine counters located at Terminal 1, 2 and 3. There are four options to choose from:

1. Mercedes – classy and ideal for business, $16 + metered fare
2. London – up to 6 passengers, wheelchair friendly, $16 + metered fare
3. Space MPV – up to 7 passengers, family friendly, $16 + metered fare
4. Chrysler – exclusive and luxurious, $ 20 + metered fare

Car Rental

There are Car Rental Counters (Avis and Hertz) located in the Arrival Halls. Make sure you hold a current International Drivers License or a valid license from your country of residence in order to rent a car.
